17th November is a practise day. Booking slots are reduced by £20 per booking. By booking on this day you understand and accept things may go wrong and we will ask for a review and feedback after the event.

We are so excited to share our New Condensed Christmas Experience, designed to help as many families as possible in this ‘Cost of Living Crisis’ but also suitable for younger children who may not want, or children who get overwhelmed with the full event.

Upon arrival you will go directly to Santa’s train where you will be checked in to start your magical journey with us.  Each child will be allocated a special ticket to gain train access. See what you can see as the train takes you slowly through the beautiful tunnel.

Please Note: The train is for children only and not suitable for wheelchairs. If you have a very young child, or a child that requires assistance, an adult can travel with them on the train. The rest of the group can take fantastic videos and pictures as the children go through the tunnel.

After their exciting train ride, the children will find a personalised Santa letter (1 letter per family group). How does he know so much about them?

It will then be time to be taken into our waiting room and then to our magical elevator. Watch their excitement as it takes your family group directly to The North Pole and Santa’s magnificent Grotto.

The Big Man will have a personalised chat with your little ones and you can take lots of photos and your grotto elf will take some official photos that you have the chance to purchase towards the end of your journey.

Then it is time to play on our Interactive Wall, how many penquins can you hit with a snowball? I wonder if the elf can hit more than you? The fun continues with the children seeing how much of Santa’s Cash they can collect. (Each full paying child will be given one note to either take away as a memento or use it to take 50p off in the shop at the end. 1 Santa note can be used against a transaction in the shop, but cannot be used off the items sold in the kiosk)

A trip then to the Elf Post Office. This year your child can choose which present they want, as part of reducing our carbon footprint, we have opted not to wrap the children’s presents. This gives them a fantastic opportunity to choose which present they would like to take home with them.

A trip down our famous ‘corridor of light’ where each light represents a child’s  Christmas Wish, we have added a large end area so there is enough room for the entire family to have a photo taken.

This experience will last approximately 30 / 35 minutes and will provide lots of excitement and photo opportunities.

This year, you will be able to purchase hard copies of the photographs taken during your festive visit, but we are also offering you the chance to buy these photos on a Santa USB stick for a reduced price. You can also pre-purchase a USB Santa stick during the checkout section for a reduced price, saving £10 on the price you would pay on the day. The Santa USB stick will include all the photos taken by us.

During the checkout process, you will have to tick a box to acknowledge that you are booking the shorter experience and not the full one.

During the checkout process you will also be able to upgrade to a premium Elf pack which will include a personalised golden ticket, see our FAQ’s to find out what else your child will receive in this pack. (Available until 4th November 2024)

Please make sure that [email protected] is not blocked as lots of people end up with our important emails in their junk folder.

There is a limit of 6 people per family booking. This is the maximum amount of people we can have in the grotto. All people on the same booking will need to go in to see Santa together. If you want to see him individually you will need to make 2, or more bookings.

As, in previous years, we suggest you wear flat shoes.

You will be outside for a short period, so we recommend that you dress according to the weather, including wellies if it is wet.

Baby buggies are welcome, but we ask you not to bring wide double buggies due to size restrictions in certain areas.

Your booking includes one parking space, extra spaces can be booked at checkout. Our car parking is limited, so please arrive in as few cars as possible, as Father Christmas needs some space to park his sleigh, our Transport Elves are there to help you. If you need more than 1 parking space, you will need to pay an additional cost during checkout.

Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes before your timed visit as you may be asked to come back. You can purchase refreshments while you are waiting for your exciting adventure to start.
