Me and my daughter came yesterday afternoon for our Christmas Experience and it was absolutely amazing and even better than last year (1st time last year). The Elves were fantastic and always smiling and entertaining my daughter between activities/games. Santa was beyond amazing and so lovely, my daughter couldn't stop smiling and giggling with excitement. She even said how kind and lovely he was and as we left she asked if we can go again next year♥️. One of the Elves that spoke with my daughter by the photo shop bit, said something amazing too her and she hasn't stopped going on about it. He told her to make sure she goes too bed nice and early on Christmas eve and too rub her nose so it glows red. That way Santa will know where she is🥺🥺♥️♥️. My daughters favourite part is still the fake snow area and she was amazed when she got too make some snow and take it home. The new location and set up is beautiful, Christmase, magical and inviting ✨️. Just can't praise you enough for a fantastic time and making Christmas even more exciting for my daughter. We visited yesterday with our two girls 5 and 2 1/2 one of which has SEN. The event was so well organised from the chaps assisting with parking to every step along the route. It was the most magical experience with so much to see and do for everyone, all the staff are so welcoming, and in perfect character, especially clumsy elf, who my SEN daughter was shouting at because he couldn't follow her directions (that was his character) which made the younger one absolutely crack up laughing. Although not the cheapest around (or most expensive) it is so magically festive and spot on the big man himself spends the time getting to know the children you don't feel rushed at any point. Loved it thank you.

We came on Sunday 18th to see santa with our 4 boys aged 8 and under. I just had to message in to say how absolutely incredible it was. I'm not going to lie I was a bit apprehensive with the venue move and reading that you had cut down some parts, especially with the rising cost of everything atm. However I just had to message in to say it was incredible. The staff were all in character the whole way through, there was so much to see and do ( I didn't feel like we had a shortened experience at all ) and I have to mention our santa...he was out of this world! I filmed the whole thing and it was just over 5 minutes, which I was so grateful for! He made it personalised and our boys loved him. Our 8 year old is getting to that age now where he is starting to question things. After the way you guys handled the santa letter situation he was blown away and is definitely a true believer once more. Seeing the magic in their eyes has honestly made my Christmas so thank you all SO much xxx

you have always been the best Santa experience but the way you constantly changed and adopted o the ever changing rules last year was something else. Well done to everyone involved.
