Most of the Christmas Experience takes place indoors. However, some areas are unheated, and there is a short outdoor section at the start and end of your visit The Silver Experience is completely inside.
We recommend dressing for the weather and wearing flat, comfortable shoes. Our car park can develop puddles after rain, and there is a short walk to the entrance, so suitable footwear (such as wellies on wet days) will help keep everyone comfortable throughout the experience.
This will help ensure your visit is cosy and enjoyable, no matter the weather!
Platinum Experience: Approximately 60–75 minutes.
Gold Experience: Around 30–35 minutes of festive fun.
Silver Experience: A magical “pop-in” visit lasting approximately 10–12 minutes.
Every child is different, so your visit may be slightly shorter or a little longer depending on your group. Each experience is carefully designed to create special memories at a pace that works for families. 🎄✨
This year we are offering 3 family Christmas Experiences. The FAQ’s will help you to decide which experience suits your family best.
🎅 Which Experience Should I Choose?
All ages are welcome in all the Christmas Experiences as all children are different, our age range is just a suggestion. Our wonderful Elves are able to adapt to your own family group, allowing each child to get the best magical experience possible.
Silver Experience – Best for children aged 2–4, and for children who may get overwhelmed
Gold Experience – Ideal for children aged 2–8 who love Christmas magic and interaction
Platinum Experience – Perfect for children aged 2–12 and families wanting the full festive journey

28th November – Preview Date: All bookings on this day are £20 cheaper. This is a special rehearsal day for our team, so some elements of the experience may not be fully complete. Guests booking this day agree not to request refunds and are invited to provide constructive feedback after their visit, either in person or via [email protected]. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy our Gold and Platinum Experiences at a reduced price.
19th–23rd December – Premium Dates: These are our Premium festive dates, and a £30 surcharge per booking applies. Children attending the Platinum Experience on these premium dates will also receive an upgraded special 16″ Santa Build-A-Bear to take home.

We are offering three Family Christmas Experiences in 2026:
Platinum Experience – a fully immersive, 75-minute journey
Gold Experience – a shorter, 30–35 minute experience
Silver Experience – a gentle, 10–12 minute “pop-in” visit, perfect for younger children or first-time visitors
This year’s Christmas Experience are designed so your booking group journeys together through our magical kingdom along a one-way route – this will vary on which experience you have booked. While most areas are private to your group, there may be sections where you see one or more other booking groups.
Along the way, you’ll visit different festive zones and meet our amazing Christmas characters, all helping to build the excitement and magic of the season.

Sensory considerations — including lighting, music, and sound effects — are carefully managed to avoid overwhelming children. If extra support is required, our team can adapt the pace or offer alternative options.
We aim to make every visit magical, safe, and enjoyable for every family.

Yes! We accept both cash and card payments at the event.
Please note that all bookings must be made through our secure website — we cannot take bookings in person.
We also invite you to bring a few coins for our Charity Wishing Well, which supports Broomfield Hospital’s paediatric departments and wards. Every donation helps bring a little extra Christmas magic to children in hospital.
Yes! We have hard-standing parking on site, but spaces are limited. Each booking includes one parking space, and additional spaces can be purchased at checkout if needed. You will receive a parking voucher via email, which must be clearly displayed on your car windscreen on arrival.
Our Transport Elves (Platinum & Gold Experiences only) will guide you to your space, helping us fit as many cars as possible. Visitors arriving for our Silver Experience will be greeted, once parked, and taken in to the entrance by one of our seasonal team .
We kindly ask that you arrive in as few vehicles as you can. Please also wear suitable footwear, as puddles can form in the car park after rain.
To ensure a smooth start:
Do not arrive more than 20 minutes before your time slot, as you may be asked to return closer to your scheduled time.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean you can only join the experience partway through, and entry cannot be guaranteed.
Accessibility & SEND-Friendly Experience
At The Party Kingdom, we believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas. Our Platinum Christmas Experience is designed to be welcoming, inclusive and flexible, with friendly elves on hand to support your family throughout your visit. Our venue is suitable for wheelchairs (unfortunately we cannot get a wheelchair on Santa’s Train but you are welcome to sit with your child on the train, if they are able).
We are not holding a specific SEND day this year to give people the opportunity of visiting us at their convenience.

- The visit with Father Christmas is calm, gentle and child-led
- Your child can choose how they interact — talking, waving, or simply sitting quietly is perfectly okay
Sensory Considerations
- Winter Wonderland snow is not cold and not wet (Platinum & Silver Experiences only)
- Music and effects are festive but not designed to be overwhelming
- Some areas may include lights and sound, however our team can:

You Are Always Welcome
We understand that every child is different. Our aim is to create a Christmas experience that feels safe, magical and joyful for your whole family.
If you’re unsure which Experience is right for your child, we’re always happy to help — and we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.
We work hard to keep any queues as short as possible, but during busy times, some waiting may occur. We kindly ask for your patience, knowing that our team is doing everything they can to minimize any delays.
To help your visit run smoothly, please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you time to use the toilet facilities so you’re ready to start as soon as our team calls you in.
Our friendly Transport Elves may ask you to wait in your car upon arrival to manage any queues safely and efficiently. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!

Carer Tickets
We have a limited amount of Carer tickets for children attending our Platinum & Gold Christmas Experiences (we do not offer a carer ticket for any adults attending).
The Silver Experience includes an adult ticket for each child attending and carer tickets are not offered for this experience.
To apply for a Carer Ticket please complete the Carer Ticket Request Form (for a child that is attending with you) and in receipt of a DLA for that child. You must also advise which Experience you wish to attend. We will reply with a discount code to use during your booking or advise if the allocation has been used for 2026. The discount code will have a date it will be valid to and cannot be extended.
Yes, we have unisex toilet facilities located throughout the Christmas Experience, including two toilets suitable for disabled access.
We strongly recommend that families use the toilet facilities near the entrance before starting their magical journey. While toilets are available within the experience, the nearest one may be up to 10 minutes away, depending on where you are at the time. If you need to use the facilities during your visit, please ask your elf, who will happily guide you to the nearest toilet.
Some toilet facilities also include baby changing, and we have a baby feeding room located in the first barn. Just let an elf know and they will be happy to help.

A Baby Ticket includes a quality present from Santa’s Toy Store only. Baby Tickets can only be purchased alongside a full child’s ticket.
We strongly recommend bringing a bag to safely carry your child’s keepsakes during the experience. Unfortunately, lost items may not be able to be located or replaced.

Platinum and Gold Experiences
Children attending our Platinum and Gold Experiences will be invited into our new and improved Santa’s Toy Store, where they can see the range of presents available and, with your guidance, choose the one that is most suitable for them.
We offer a wide variety of gifts for different ages and interests. The final choice is made by you and your child, and we kindly ask that parents/carers ensure the selected present is appropriate.
If you feel the options on display are not suitable, please speak to one of our elves in Santa’s Toy Store — we may have additional alternatives available and will always do our best to help.
Silver Experience
Children attending the Silver Experience will receive a special Party Kingdom Trixie Book, presented from the beautiful Fairy Christmas Carriage.
Yes — Father Christmas cannot wait to meet and chat with your little ones in his wonderful grotto (or Polar Bear Winter Wonderland for our Silver visitors).
All guests on the same booking will go in together to see Father Christmas as one family group. The visit is child-led, allowing each child to interact in their own way — whether that’s chatting, answering questions, waving, or simply enjoying the moment quietly.

A maximum of 6 people can be included on one booking
If you would like to split into two or more groups to see Father Christmas separately, you will need to make additional bookings and go around the experience separately
For family groups larger than 6, you may book an adjacent time slot and still go around together. Please be aware that space may feel tight in some areas. Both bookings must be linked during checkout
🎄 Personalising Your Child’s Visit
Father Christmas will make your child’s visit as personal and magical as possible.
During checkout (for Platinum & Gold Experiences), we will ask for some information about your child to help with this. We recommend using details that are unlikely to change, such as:
Middle name
Birthday
We advise not including information about pets, as this can change.
Please ensure your child’s name is entered correctly. For unusual names, we kindly ask that you include the phonetic spelling, so Father Christmas knows how to pronounce it properly.
If changes are needed after booking, an administration fee will apply.
If you have purchased the Booking Guarantee, this fee will be refunded

As every child is different, we cannot guarantee exactly what Father Christmas will say during the visit. Each interaction is natural, magical and led by the child, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to arrange for Father Christmas to give personal items to children during the Santa visit. This helps us ensure every family’s experience runs smoothly and remains magical for all our visitors.

This is something we hear a lot, and you’re not alone. Many children begin to question the magic of Christmas at a younger age than they used to — and while that can feel bittersweet, we’ve carefully adapted our experience to suit children at all stages of belief. Our Silver Experience is designed for younger children.
Our Platinum & Gold Christmas Experiences are designed so that children on the cusp of believing — and even those who say they no longer believe — still have an amazing time. We’ve added interactive areas, playful storytelling and immersive moments that appeal to older children who may feel a bit “too cool for Santa”, as well as younger ones who are fully wrapped up in the magic.
Our seasonal characters are highly experienced and adapt their interactions to each family group, ensuring every child feels comfortable, included and engaged.

Our suggested age ranges are guidelines to help you choose the best experience, but we warmly welcome children of all ages to join our Christmas Experiences.
Adult tickets can be purchased for young people aged 13 and over, but only if they are part of a booking that includes at least one full-paying child and one adult (18+).
Please note that children 13 and over with an adult ticket do not receive a present or take part in the full experience. If they would like a present and the full experience, you’ll need to purchase a child ticket for them.Baby tickets are for children 14 months and under. Babies aged 15 months and older require a child ticket.
Baby tickets can only be purchased if there is at least one full-paying child ticket on the booking. If you are bringing only a baby to the Platinum Experience, you will need to purchase a child ticket for them.If you want to bring just a baby and prefer a shorter, gentle introduction, the Silver Experience is designed especially for little ones and might be a great option.
Please remember, each booking must include at least one full-paying child ticket.

During the Platinum Experience, all full-paying children and children attending with a Baby Ticket will appear on the Good Machine shortly after check-in and be listed in the Good Girls & Boys Book displayed in the Elf Workshop.
Adults, and babies under 14 months attending without a Baby Ticket, will not appear on the Good List.
Children’s names will be shown exactly as entered during the checkout process, so please double-check spelling and ensure you have entered your child’s name (not an adult’s) at the time of booking. Unfortunately, names cannot be changed on the day of your visit.
This depends on how your baby is attending the experience.
If you are visiting with only a baby and no other children, a child ticket is required, regardless of the baby’s age.
Babies up to 14 months old may attend free of charge when accompanying a full-paying child on the same booking.
Please note that free babies will not receive a present or take part in arts and crafts.
If you are bringing a free baby, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.If you would like your baby to receive a present from Santa’s Toy Store, or if this will help avoid questions from older siblings, we recommend purchasing a Baby Ticket.

🚼 Buggies & Accessibility
Buggies are welcome, however we kindly ask that you do not bring wide double buggies, as some areas of the experience have width restrictions.
Our doorways are the same width as a standard wheelchair.

For our Platinum and Gold Experiences, we invite grown-ups to bring along their child’s letter to Father Christmas. This helps make the grotto visit feel incredibly personal and magical.

Your child must not know that you have brought their letter with you.
✉️ How to Prepare the Letter
Place your child’s letter inside an envelope
Please use a plain envelope
Clearly write your child’s full name on the front
To help children recognise their letter, you may wish to:
Add small stickers
Include drawings or personal touches
Please note:
Envelopes will not be returned.
If you would like to take your child’s letter home with you, you must ask Father Christmas before leaving the grotto.
Once you have left the grotto area, we are unable to retrieve letters.
📮 On the Day
Just before your magical elevator ride to the North Pole, you will see a special post box.
This is where you will discreetly post your child’s “travel documents” (their letter).
From that moment, we take care of everything else.
🎅 Why Do We Do This?
When your child enters Father Christmas’ grotto, he already has their letter in his hands — creating a truly magical and unforgettable moment.
Some grown-ups also use the Santa letter to quietly pass on a small piece of helpful information. If you choose to do this, please keep it very short and clear, as Father Christmas has many letters to read.
🎄 What If This Doesn’t Fit Your Family Tradition?
We completely understand that every family celebrates differently.
Your child might:
Draw a picture
Write a poem
Create something special
Or you may decide not to bring anything at all.
Choosing not to bring a letter will not affect your experience in any way.
✨ This is always one of the most magical moments of the visit — and the children’s reactions are truly priceless. ✨
These add-ons are pre-selected during the checkout process, but you can easily remove them if you don’t want them. On the next page, simply untick the boxes and the cost will be removed from your booking total.
Here’s a quick overview of each add-on:
Booking Guarantee: Provides extra flexibility in case you need to amend or cancel your booking (conditions apply).
Premium Elf Pack: Includes special keepsakes such as a personalised golden ticket with wax seal and other festive extras for your child.
USB Package: Contains all the official photographs taken during your visit on a convenient USB stick.
Simply untick any or all of these options at checkout if you do not wish to add them to your booking.
The “Only Santa Would Know” section gives you the chance to share special information with Santa that he can use to make your child’s visit extra magical. This allows Santa to say something personal that keeps the magic alive!
Tips for what to include:
Details that won’t change, such as your child’s middle name, birthday, favourite food, or school.
Avoid things that might change, like pet names (pets aren’t always around at Christmas) or gift ideas, as these can change before the event.
We would like to point out that the visit to see Father Christmas is child led, so information that you have given may not be said.
If you need to make any changes to this information after booking, please use our Booking Change Request form. Please note that changes may be subject to an admin fee.
Yes! The Platinum Experience includes a Build-A-Bear that your child will create and take home during their visit in the Elf Workshop. They can choose their favourite design, fill it, and receive their very own special bear as part of the magical journey.
The Party Kingdom Limited Edition Bear is a completely separate item. It’s a high-quality, jointed collectible bear available in three beautiful colours. This bear is not part of the experience but can be purchased at a special reduced price during checkout. These bears are shipped directly to you after you place your order. You will be notified by a text to advise that the item has been shipped.
If you do not wish to purchase the limited edition bear, simply untick the option during checkout.

❓ Can I add extra people to my booking after I have booked?
Each booking has a maximum capacity of 6 people, which cannot be exceeded.
If your total number of guests is below this limit, you may request to add extra children, adults or babies to your booking. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee availability.

The Premium Elf Pack is an optional extra available during checkout, designed to build excitement and belief in the weeks leading up to Christmas. It’s the perfect way to extend the magic at home — and it can be purchased even if you are not attending The Party Kingdom Christmas Experience.
Each Premium Elf Pack is carefully prepared and sent out well in advance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy every magical moment.

Premium Elf Packs are posted out in plenty of time before Christmas, so you can enjoy every element without rushing.
❓ What is the Booking Guarantee?
Our Booking Guarantee gives you peace of mind when booking your Christmas Experience.
Up to 72 hours before your booking, you can make one change to your booking details or request a full refund for your tickets.
Please note, this does not cover any extra add-ons or the cost paid for the Booking Guarantee itself.
ℹ️ Important Details
We cannot refund partial bookings, even with the Booking Guarantee.
If you wish to change your booking date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this is subject to availability.
Any additional changes after the first one will incur a £15 administration fee.
📝 How to Make Changes
All changes must be requested by submitting a Booking Change Request at least 72 hours before your scheduled time.
If you need help or have questions about your Booking Guarantee, please contact us — we’re here to help make your visit as magical and stress-free as possible!
Yes — if you want to experience the event together with another family, you must:
Book adjacent or the same time slots.
Visit Father Christmas together as one combined booking.
We have a maximum of 6 people per booking group to ensure every child has the best possible experience.
If you prefer to see Father Christmas separately, you will need to go through the experience in your own individual booking.
Combined groups can still enjoy most of the experience together, but please note:
Some sections may feel a little tight for space.
Everyone in the combined group will visit Father Christmas at the same time, though the elves can take separate family photographs on our photo system if needed.
This helps us make sure every child has a magical, stress-free visit. 🎄✨
What does the “1” mean by some timeslots, and why do some have dots?
A “1” indicates there is 1 remaining timeslot available for a booking of up to 6 people.
A dot shows that there are already bookings at that time, but slots are still available.
There is no difference between timeslots marked with a “1” or a dot — both are fully valid for booking your experience.
If you have purchased the Booking Guarantee:
You can make one change to your booking or request a full refund, as long as this is done at least 72 hours before your visit.
Please note, we are unable to refund part of a booking — refunds must be for the full booking only.
If you have not purchased the Booking Guarantee:
Any changes to your booking will incur a £15 administration fee per change.

If you have purchased the Booking Guarantee:
You may update your personal details or your child’s information for Father Christmas once, free of charge.
Any additional changes will incur a £15 administration fee per change.

To help us keep your visit as magical and personal as possible, we recommend double-checking names and details carefully when booking — especially spelling and pronunciation for unusual names. 🎅✨
Please arrive no more than 20 minutes before your booked time slot. Our Transport Elves will be on hand to help you park and guide you where to go.
If you have linked bookings, all parties must arrive on time. If one group is late, the remaining group may be asked to begin the experience without them to avoid delays, which could mean missing parts of the experience.
We recommend allowing enough time for all members of your group to use the toilet facilities before your magical journey begins.

Your booking time is the moment your Christmas Experience begins, not just your visit with Father Christmas.
The Platinum Experience lasts approximately 60–75 minutes, with your personalised visit to Father Christmas taking place during this time.
Santa is not seen at a fixed minute — your visit flows naturally as part of the magical journey.

Yes! You are very welcome to take your own photos and videos throughout the experience, including inside Father Christmas’ grotto.
We do kindly ask that when taking photos or videos with Father Christmas, no camera lights or flashes are used, as bright lights can be distracting for him and may spoil the magical atmosphere.

If one of our cheeky elves offers to take a family photo on your phone, keep an eye out — you might discover a few fun surprises on your camera afterwards!

Yes — you have several opportunities to purchase photos from your visit.
Professional photos are taken in Father Christmas’ Grotto and at selected photo points throughout the experience. For returning visitors, our Winter Wonderland photo area has a brand-new look this year, giving you something extra special to enjoy.
💾 Photo USB – Best Value Option
During checkout, you will have the option to purchase a Santa USB stick, which includes all official photos taken by us during your visit.
Pre-purchasing the USB saves you £10 compared to the on-the-day price
The USB option will be pre-selected at checkout — simply untick it if you do not wish to purchase
We aim to provide a minimum of 5 digital images, although photo areas may vary slightly from day to day
USB sticks can also be purchased on the day from the Photo Collection Area, where our team will show you all the images taken so you can decide.
🖼️ Printed Photos
If you fall in love with a particular image, you can also purchase printed hard copies of selected photos on the day of your visit.
📧 After Your Visit
If you change your mind once you’re home, you may contact us within 7 days of your visit to purchase your photos digitally.
Please check your USB within 48 hours of collection and let us know if there are any issues, as we may not be able to retrieve images after this time.

Our Christmas Experience uses some special photo technology to capture your magical moments. If, on the day, technical issues occur (perhaps caused by our mischievous Trixie Elf!), and we are unable to load your purchased Santa USB or print your chosen photo, don’t worry!
We will take your order number and arrange to email your photos (that you have purchased in advance) to you within 7 days of your visit.
To ensure we send the correct images, please email a photo of your family from the event to [email protected] before we send your photos.

Yes. You’ll be able to purchase a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks, from our kiosk, which is located at the end of your magical journey.
Please note that all food and drinks — including baby bottles — must be finished before entering the Winter Wonderland areas (Platinum or Silver Experiences), as food and drink are not permitted inside these spaces.

We’re very sorry if this happens. Occasionally, a present or shop item may have a fault.
Please email us with a photo clearly showing the issue, and we will arrange for you to return to the venue during our opening times (or by pre-arranged appointment) to collect a suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to post replacement items, and all replacements must be collected in person.

For safeguarding reasons, all adults attending the Christmas Experience must be accompanied by a child. Unfortunately, we are unable to admit adults without children.
We warmly welcome assistance and guide dogs, but we do ask that you email us at least 72 hours before your visit to let us know, so we can prepare and ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
Unfortunately, no other pets are permitted within the Christmas Experience.

If we are required to close the Christmas Experience because of a change in Government guidelines, you will be issued a credit note for the full price of your tickets. This credit can be redeemed against our Christmas events in 2027.

No. Photos taken using the Magic Mirror (available as part of the Platinum Experience only) are not covered by our standard photo ‘Opt Out’ policy.
This is because Magic Mirror images must be processed through a third-party system in order for the AI effects to work. While these images are intended solely for your viewing as part of the experience and should not be used elsewhere, we cannot guarantee full control once they have been processed externally.
The Party Kingdom reserve the right to use images taken on the Magic Mirror for promotion of the event.
