Terms and Conditions
If you are bringing the baby to the Experience with no other children, you will need to pay for a child ticket. If you are also bringing a full paying child, you can purchase a Baby Ticket. A baby ticket will include a gift from Santa in the Elf Post Office. A baby ticket is for babies up to 14 months old. A child 15 months and over will require a child ticket
A baby up to 14 months can go free of charge but will not get a present or join in the other activities (but has to accompany a full paying child on the same booking).
The Party Kingdom reserves the right to change any part of this Christmas Experience due to circumstances beyond their control
All bookings are non refundable, and non transferable unless you have purchased our Booking Guarantee. Any changes made in writing will be subject to a £12.50 administration fee. No changes can be made within 72 hours of your booking slot.
The Booking Guarantee allows you to change the details of your booking once only (additional changes are charged at £12.50 per change) and the refund of your ticket price (not any add ons) if we are informed by email prior to 72 hours notice of your magical time slot.
A child 13 years and over, and who doesn’t want to be included in the magic of the children’s experience and receive any gifts can purchase an adult ticket.
Santa’s train will not run in inclement weather and is only suitable for children due to health & safety of our visitors.
There is a bit of tech involved with this year’s experience. If it goes wrong on the day of your visit, and we are unable to load your purchased Santa USB, or print off your chosen photo, we will take your order number and arrange to get it sent to you free of charge.
Please check photos on your USB within 48 hours, any issues need to be reported within 48 hours or we may not be able to retrieve your photos.
Parts of our Experience are outside, please wear appropriate footwear, including wellies if it is wet.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
The Party Kingdom cannot verify tickets purchased from a third party and only guarantees tickets purchased directly from us.
The purchase of a valid ticket constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Any data held by The Party Kingdom is used by The Party Kingdom only and will not be shared to a third party.
The Party Kingdom does, from time to time have a professional photographer taking pictures of our visitors at our events. if you do not wish your party to be included in any photos, or videos, please make it clear to the photographer.
