A fantastic Christmas Experience that will last roughly 60 – 70 minutes
Platinum Experience includes:

• Build a Bear in our improved Elf Workshop with Mother Christmas
• Find out if your child is on the Good List
• Fun in the Elf Games Room
• Ride on The Santa Express (children only)
• Personal letter from Father Christmas
• Ride in the Magical Elevator to The North Pole
• Personal chat with Father Christmas
• Enjoy a sleigh ride in our improved Green Screen
• Try and throw our snowballs at our penguins
• How many Santa notes will your child be able to get (each full paying child can use their Santa Note in our on site shop) 1 Santa note per transaction. Or they can take it home as a memonto.
• Choose a quality present from the Elf Post Office
• Take a photo in our beautiful Corridor of Light
• Lots of fun, songs with our fabulous characters

Gold Experience

A magical Christmas Experience to help with the Cost of Living Crisis and great for children who get a bit overwhelmed with the full Experience, or for younger children. It will last roughly 30 minutes.

The Gold Christmas Experience includes:

• Ride on The Santa Express (children only)
• Ride in the Magical Elevator to The North Pole
• Personal chat with Father Christmas
• Try and throw our snowballs at our penguins
• How many Santa notes will your child be able to get (each full paying child can use their Santa Note in our on site shop) 1 Santa note per transaction. Or they can take it home as a memonto.
