Thank you so much for a wonderful magical visit today. We truly enjoyed every minute. For anyone who is apprehensive about how it will work in these socially distanced times - don’t panic! None of the measures in place spoilt any of the magic if anything it was more special as you weren’t crowded or rushed round, the elves were all lovely, every member of staff was brilliant and engaged with the adults and kids- took the time to learn their names and make them feel special. Even the gift shop at the end was reasonably priced and didn’t mind getting the kids an extra treat.-5
