Please Note: Rectory Lane does suffer with potholes, especially in the winter when the rain runs off the fields at the sides, so please take care when driving to us.

We will post any local traffic or road information (that may affect your journey to us) on our Facebook page so we would recommend that you follow our page.

The Christmas Experience is mainly inside but you will need to go outside for a short period of time, so we advise you dress according to the weather and to wear flat shoes.

Our car park does get puddles if it has been raining, it is a short walk inside but on a wet day we do recommend you wear suitable footwear.

The Platinum Experience will last around 60 – 75 minutes but children will vary so this may be slightly less or longer.

🎅 Which Experience Should I Choose?

All ages are welcome in all the Christmas Experiences as all children are different, our age range is just a suggestion.

  • Silver Experience – Best for children aged 2–4, first visits, or for children who may get overwhelmed

  • Gold Experience – Ideal for children aged 3–8 who love Christmas magic and interaction

  • Platinum Experience – Perfect for children aged 3–12 and families wanting the full festive journey

No matter which experience you choose, every visit to The Party Kingdom is filled with warmth, wonder and unforgettable Christmas memories.

The Platinum Experience is 60 – 75 minutes approximately
The Gold Experience is 30 – 35 minutes approximately.
The Silver Experience is about 10 minutes approximately.

The 28th November is our Preview Date. All booking slots on this date are reduced by £20. Anyone who books this date should be aware that things may not be 100%, and will therefore not ask for any refund. We will ask for constructive feedback at the end of each timeslot to make improvements before we open for our 2026 season which can be done in person or via [email protected]. It is a great chance to try out our Gold and Platinum Christmas Event at a greatly reduced price.

The 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd are premium dates and carry a surcharge of £30.00 per booking. Children attending the Platinum Experience on a Premium date will be able to take home our very special Santa 16.” Build a Bear.

We are offering 3 Family Christmas Experiences this year. You are reading the FAQ’s for the Platinum Experience. We are also running a shorter, Gold Experience and a ‘pop in’ Silver Experience this year. For more details on the other Experiences please see the FAQ describing each one so that you can decide which one will suit your family the best.

This year’s event (Platinum) is set up so that you journey through our magical kingdom with your booking group. It is a one way system. There may be some sections where you will see one, or more other booking groups.

You will pass into various sections seeing our fantastic characters all helping to build on the excitement and magic of Christmas. 

Government guidelines may change, and if they do, we will update our Facebook page and website with all the relevant information that you will need.

We accept cash, and card on site.

Bookings for our Christmas Experience are only taken on our secure website.

We have hard standing parking on site, but it is limited so please try and attend the Experience in as few as cars as possible. Each booking has one car space allocated, you can purchase additional car parking spaces during checkout if they are required. You will be emailed a voucher that will need to be displayed in your car windscreen when you arrive. 

We do advise that you wear suitable footwear especially if it has been raining, our car park does have puddles!

Transport Elves will help you park, we have to get as many cars in as possible, so please try and park as close as you can.

Please do not arrive any more than 20 minutes before your time slot. You maybe asked to come back nearer to your time slot.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your experience, you may need to join the event further in but we cannot guarantee you will be able to get entry.

♿💙 Accessibility & SEND-Friendly Experience

At The Party Kingdom, we believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas. Our Platinum Christmas Experience is designed to be welcoming, inclusive and flexible, with friendly elves on hand to support your family throughout your visit. Our venue is suitable for wheelchairs (unfortunately we cannot get a wheelchair on Santa’s Train but you are welcome to sit with your child on the train, if they are able).

We are not holding a specific SEND day this year to give people the opportunity of visiting us at their convenience.

❄️ Sensory Considerations

  • Winter Wonderland snow is not cold and not wet
  • Music and effects are festive but not designed to be overwhelming
  • Some areas may include lights and sound, however our team can:
    • Slow the pace
    • Reduce interaction
    • Support quieter moments when needed
    • If you want to try and avoid queues please book at the following times

ℹ️ Carer Tickets

We have a limited amount of Carer tickets for children attending our Christmas Experience (we do not offer a carer ticket for any adults attending).

To apply for a Carer Ticket please email [email protected] and include the proof of being a registered carer (for a child that is attending with you) or in receipt of a DLA for that child. You must also advise which Experience you wish to attend. We will reply with a discount code to use during your booking or advise if the allocation has been used for 2026. The discount code will have a date it will be valid to and cannot be extended.

We understand that every child is different. Our aim is to create a Christmas experience that feels safe, magical and joyful for your whole family.

If you’re unsure whether Platinum is right for your child, we’re always happy to help — and we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.

We work very hard to keep any queues to a minimum, but queues may form at certain busy times, we ask you for your patience with the understanding that we are doing everything we can to mitigate any queue.

Transport elves may ask you to wait in your car when you arrive to control any queue. It is our priority to help you have the best Christmas Experience with us.

If you want to try and avoid queues please book at the following times

ℹ️ Carer Tickets

We have unisex toilet facilities  (2 are suitable for disabled access) all through the Christmas experience.

We recommend that your family uses the toilet facilities near the entrance before commencing on your magical journey. Although we do have toilet facilities in the experience, the nearest one may be 10 minutes away from the section that you are in. Please ask your elf if you need to use the facilities and they will advise you where the nearest toilet is.

Some toilets will also have baby change facilities and we have a baby feeding room in the first barn. Just ask your elf and they will help you as best they can.

  • A Baby Ticket includes a quality present from Santa’s Toy Store only (a Baby Ticket can only be purchased when you also purchase a full child’s ticket)
  • We do recommend that you bring a bag to keep all your child’s keepsakes safe on their magical journey as lost items may not be able to be found and replacements will not be given.

This year, in a way to try and reduce our carbon footprint, we are allowing each child to choose their own present. This present will not be wrapped.  Your child will be able to see the various presents that are available and with your help, choose the most appropriate one. 

The Party Kingdom will offer a full range of presents and whatever you chose is entirely up to you. The Party Kingdom are not responsible if the present chosen is not appropriate.

Please ask the elves in  Santa’s Toy Store if you do not think any of the presents shown are suitable. We have lots of various presents for all ages and alternatives can be shown to you.

Yes — Father Christmas cannot wait to meet and chat with your little ones in his wonderful grotto.

All guests on the same booking will go in together to see Father Christmas as one family group. The visit is child-led, allowing each child to interact in their own way — whether that’s chatting, answering questions, waving, or simply enjoying the moment quietly.


👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Group Sizes

  • A maximum of 6 people can be included on one booking

  • If you would like to split into two or more groups to see Father Christmas separately, you will need to make additional bookings and go around the experience separately

  • For family groups larger than 6, you may book an adjacent time slot and still go around together. Please be aware that space may feel tight in some areas. Both bookings must be linked during checkout


🎄 Personalising Your Child’s Visit

Father Christmas will make your child’s visit as personal and magical as possible.

During checkout, we will ask for some information about your child to help with this. We recommend using details that are unlikely to change, such as:

  • Middle name

  • Birthday

We advise not including information about pets, as this can change.

Please ensure your child’s name is entered correctly. For unusual names, we kindly ask that you include the phonetic spelling, so Father Christmas knows how to pronounce it properly.

If changes are needed after booking, an administration fee will apply.

  • If you have purchased the Booking Guarantee, this fee will be refunded

  • Please note, the Booking Guarantee can only be used once per booking


⭐ A Note About Your Visit

As every child is different, we cannot guarantee exactly what Father Christmas will say during the visit. Each interaction is natural, magical and led by the child, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

We are sorry but it is not possible for us to arrange for Santa to give something personal to your children whilst visiting him in his grotto.

It is a fact that many children are starting not to believe at a much earlier age. Although this is a shame, The Party Kingdom have adapted this year’s event. Even children who are on the cusp of believing, and even non believers will have a brilliant time. We have added interactive areas that will really encourage the older ‘ too cool for Santa’ kids, and the younger ones to become fully immersed in the Christmas Experience.

Our seasonal characters will adapt to each family group so that al children will get a fantastic experience. The best emails we get are ‘Thank you, you have given us one more year’

Our age range is to be used as a guideline only, we are happy to have children of all ages attend our Christmas Experiences.

Adult tickets can be purchased for children aged 13 and over, as long as they are on a booking that includes at least 1 full paying child and 1 adult over the age of 18.

The 13 year + child would not receive a present. If they do require a present and to join in the full experience, a child’s ticket will need to be purchased.

Each booking requires one full paying child.

All full paying children and Baby tickets will be shown on the Good Machine and appear in the Good Girls & Boys Book.

Adults and babies, attending under 14 months without a Baby ticket, will not be shown.

This depends on how your baby is attending the experience.

  • If you are visiting with only a baby and no other children, a child ticket is required, regardless of the baby’s age.

  • Babies up to 14 months old may attend free of charge when accompanying a full-paying child on the same booking.
    Please note that free babies will not receive a present or take part in arts and crafts.
    If you are bringing a free baby, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

  • If you would like your baby to receive a present from Santa’s Toy Store, or if this will help avoid questions from older siblings, we recommend purchasing a Baby Ticket.


🎟️ Baby Tickets

  • Baby Tickets are available for babies up to 14 months old

  • Children aged 15 months and over will require a full child ticket


🚼 Buggies & Accessibility

Buggies are welcome, however we kindly ask that you do not bring wide double buggies, as some areas of the experience have width restrictions.
Our doorways are the same width as a standard wheelchair.

Of course! We ask grown-ups to bring along their child’s letter to Father Christmas, as this helps make the visit extra magical and personal.

Please note:
Your child must not know that you have brought their letter with you.


✉️ How to Prepare the Letter

  • Place your child’s letter in an envelope

  • Write your child’s full name clearly on the outside

  • To help children recognise their letter, you may like to:

    • Add stickers

    • Decorate the envelope

    • Include drawings or personal touches


📮 On the Day

Just before the magical elevator ride to the North Pole, you’ll see a special post box.
This is where you will discreetly post your child’s “travel documents” (their letter).

Once posted, we take care of everything else.


🎅 Why We Do This

When your child enters Father Christmas’ grotto, he already has their letter — a truly magical moment that fills the visit with wonder and excitement.


🎄 What If This Doesn’t Fit Your Family Tradition?

We completely understand that every family celebrates differently.

  • Your child may draw a picture, write a poem, or create something special instead

  • Or you may choose not to bring anything at all

If you decide not to bring a letter, this will not affect your experience in any way.


✨ This is one of the most magical moments of the visit — and the children’s reactions are always priceless. ✨

The Booking Guarantee, Premium Elf Pack and USB Package are pre-selected. You can untick the boxes on the next page and they will come off your booking total.

We ask ‘Only what Santa would know’ as an opportunity for Santa to say something to your child that will help the magic alive.

We recommend that you only give information that does not change. As an example, their middle names, their birthday, their favourite food, the school they go to. Try and avoid things like pet names, as unfortunately all too often the pet is not around at Christmas time. We would also advise you not to put any presents on this, as nearer the time, this may change.

Any changes that are made to this information are liable for an admin fee.

The Platinum Experience includes a Build a Bear which they can take home.  The Limited Edition Bear is something completely different. If you do not want to purchase, please untick this box during checkout.

❓ Can I add extra people to my booking after I have booked?

Each booking has a maximum capacity of 6 people, which cannot be exceeded.

If your total number of guests is below this limit, you may request to add extra children, adults or babies to your booking. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee availability.

  • A £7.50 administration fee will apply per person added

  • Requests made within 72 hours of your visit cannot be accepted

❓ What is the Premium Elf Pack and what does it include?

The Premium Elf Pack is an optional extra available during checkout, designed to build excitement and belief in the weeks leading up to Christmas. It’s the perfect way to extend the magic at home — and it can be purchased even if you are not attending The Party Kingdom Christmas Experience.

Each Premium Elf Pack is carefully prepared and sent out well in advance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy every magical moment.

❓ What is the Booking Guarantee?

Our Booking Guarantee gives you peace of mind when booking your Christmas Experience.

  • Up to 72 hours before your booking, you can make one change to your booking details or request a full refund for your tickets.

  • Please note, this does not cover any extra add-ons or the cost paid for the Booking Guarantee itself.


ℹ️ Important Details

  • We cannot refund partial bookings, even with the Booking Guarantee.

  • If you wish to change your booking date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this is subject to availability.

  • Any additional changes after the first one will incur a £15 administration fee.

All changes must be requested by submitting a Booking Change Request at least 72 hours before your scheduled time.

If you want to go around with another group, you will need to book adjacent booking slots. You will also need to go in to see Father Christmas together as one booking. If you do not want anyone else present during your visit to Santa, you will need to go around the experience individually

We have a maximum of 6 people in the grotto to make sure that your children have the best possible experience. If your two groups are 6 or less, you can go around together. If your combined group is larger than 6 you can still go round together but on the understanding that certain sections may be tight for space.

The 1 shows that there is 1 remaining timeslot for a booking of up to 6 people.

The dot just shows that there are already bookings at this time but there is still one available

If you have purchased the Booking Guarantee:

  • You can make one change to your booking or request a full refund, as long as this is done at least 72 hours before your visit.

  • Please note, we are unable to refund part of a booking — refunds must be for the full booking only.


If you have not purchased the Booking Guarantee:

  • Any changes to your booking will incur a £15 administration fee per change.

  • All changes must be requested no later than 72 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Tickets are non transferable. If you wish to change the names on your booking, please use the Booking Change Request form – see below.
  • Unfortunately, no full or partial refunds are available without the Booking Guarantee, regardless of the reason.

  • Any additional changes will incur a £15 administration fee per change.

  • Any updates to your booking details will incur a £15 administration fee per change.

  • Changes must be submitted no later than 7 days before your visit.

To help us keep your visit as magical and personal as possible, we recommend double-checking names and details carefully when booking — especially spelling and pronunciation for unusual names. 🎅✨

Please arrive no more than 20 minutes before your booked time slot. Our Transport Elves will be on hand to help you park and guide you where to go.

If you have linked bookings, all parties must arrive on time. If one group is late, the remaining group may be asked to begin the experience without them to avoid delays, which could mean missing parts of the experience.

We recommend allowing enough time for all members of your group to use the toilet facilities before your magical journey begins.


⏰ About Your Time Slot

Your booking time is the moment your Christmas Experience begins, not just your visit with Father Christmas.

  • The Platinum Experience lasts approximately 60–75 minutes, with your personalised visit to Father Christmas taking place during this time.

  • Santa is not seen at a fixed minute — your visit flows naturally as part of the magical journey.


🚗 If You’re Running Late

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your time slot, you may be asked to enter via a different entrance, and entry cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you think you may be late, please call us as soon as possible on 01245 327787 to let us know your expected arrival time.


Arriving on time helps us keep the magic flowing for everyone ✨

Yes! You are very welcome to take your own photos and videos throughout the experience, including inside Father Christmas’ grotto.

We do kindly ask that when taking photos or videos with Father Christmas, no camera lights or flashes are used, as bright lights can be distracting for him and may spoil the magical atmosphere.

Yes — you have several opportunities to purchase photos from your visit.

Professional photos are taken in Father Christmas’ Grotto and at selected photo points throughout the experience. For returning visitors, our Winter Wonderland photo area has a brand-new look this year, giving you something extra special to enjoy.


💾 Photo USB – Best Value Option

During checkout, you will have the option to purchase a Santa USB stick, which includes all official photos taken by us during your visit.

  • Pre-purchasing the USB saves you £10 compared to the on-the-day price

  • The USB option will be pre-selected at checkout — simply untick it if you do not wish to purchase

  • We aim to provide a minimum of 5 digital images, although photo areas may vary slightly from day to day

USB sticks can also be purchased on the day from the Photo Collection Area, where our team will show you all the images taken so you can decide.


🖼️ Printed Photos

If you fall in love with a particular image, you can also purchase printed hard copies of selected photos on the day of your visit.


📧 After Your Visit

If you change your mind once you’re home, you may contact us within 7 days of your visit to purchase your photos digitally.

Please check your USB within 48 hours of collection and let us know if there are any issues, as we may not be able to retrieve images after this time.


ℹ️ Important Notes

  • Photo areas vary, and not all sections may be available every day

  • Photos created using the Magic Mirror (where children appear as elves) are not covered by our standard Media Policy

  • Please review The Party Kingdom Media Policy and opt out if you do not wish your images to be used


Our team will always be happy to help you choose the perfect memories to take home 📸✨

Our Christmas Experience uses some special photo technology to capture your magical moments. If, on the day, technical issues occur (perhaps caused by our mischievous Trixie Elf!), and we are unable to load your purchased Santa USB or print your chosen photo, don’t worry!

We will take your order number and arrange to email your photos to you within 7 days of your visit.

To ensure we send the correct images, please email a photo of your family from the event to [email protected] before we send your photos.

We will always try our best to get everyone in to our Christmas Experience but we cannot guarantee entry if you have missed your timeslot. Our door will close 15 minutes after the final timeslot of the session. If you arrive late you may be able to join the Experience at a later section but this will depend on the time that you arrive and is at the Management’s discretion.

You can purchase hot and cold drinks and snacks from our kiosk which is situated at the end of your magical journey with us.

All drink and food, including baby’s bottles must be consumed before you go in to the Winter Wonderland areas.

Occasionally a present, or product from the shop, will be faulty. Please come back to the venue, during opening times (or by arranged appointment) to collect a replacement.

We are unable to send replacement items out by post.

All adults have to attend the Christmas Experience event with a child due to our Safeguarding Policy.

Assistant dogs are permitted in the experience as long as we have had a prior email notification of this 72 hours prior to your visit. No other pets are allowed.

If the Christmas Experience has to close due to a change in Government guidelines, we will issue you a credit note. This will be for the full price of your tickets only and redeemable against our event in 2026.

The pictures that we take on our Magic Mirror (Platinum Experience only) are not covered by our Opt Out Policy. This is because these pictures have to be put through a third party to get the AI magic to work. Although these pictures should not be used elsewhere we do not have 100% control.
