This information is required within 1 day of making your booking – Reminders will not be sent.
Once submitted it can only be changed by submitting a Booking Change Request
Order number, Booking date, Booking time, Email and Childs name must match up with your booking or this form will not be processed.
Pictures submitted (if you choose to) must be a square image, head or head and shoulder shot, Maximum of 200 x 200 pixels, 2MB and a JPG file.
The photo must match the required specification or it will not be uploaded to your children’s letter.
If using an iPhone please ensure you have your image saved as a jpg file or it will not be uploaded.
The information submitted will be used to generate a letter from Santa, this letter will be put up in the letter room for the children to find.
Please note the letters will be on public display and visible to other families on the experience, if you do not wish for your childs photo to be on the letter please do not submit one. A generic image will be used.
PLEASE MAKE A SUBMISSION FOR EACH CHILD – NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO SPELLING OR PUNCTUATION, IT WILL BE PRINTED AS SUBMITTED
