Here you will find our most frequently asked questions, if you can’t find the information you need below then please feel free to contact us.
I booked the Reindeer or Snowman Experience before, but cannot seem to find it?
This year we are running the Elf Package only. We have listened to feedback from our customers and believe that the all new Elf Package includes the best from all packages to give an altogether better experience and reduce waiting times.
What is the Elf Package?
The Elf package starts with eveyone watching a short, panto style show (oh no it doesn’t, oh yes it does!)to get you all in to the Christmas spirit.
After the show, the children are split off in to small groups. In these smaller groups they will enjoy the rest of the experience, including helping the elves make toys in the workshop, seeing Mrs Claus, who will read the children one of our unique Christmas stories, and then later, watch the story come to life with a touch of magic.
The Owl Keeper will explain how the magical owls update Father Christmas on who is on the good (and bad) list, and visit the Elf Post Office to see how the elves sort all the children’s letters and finding their own quality Christmas present.
In your own Family group, you will visit Father Christmas in his wonderful grotto for a personal chat, and a family photo.
Winter Wonderland is where the children can have a snowball fight with the elves, if they want, or just enjoy making snow angels in Winter Wonderland.
This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.
What do the children take home with them?
The children will take home a decorated Santa drink bottle and a Reindeer stuffed toy, that they have helped to make in the Elf Workshop. You will be given a brown bag to put these items in for the rest of your experience. You will also collect a family photograph (1 photograph per booking, additional copies can be purchased on the day), at the same time, you will be given a copy of Santa’s Sleigh Flying License (this follows on from the story in the Panto show). The idea is that The Sleigh Flying License is dropped on the floor near where you leave their Christmas Eve presents, so it looks as if Santa has dropped his Sleigh flying license when leaving the presents. This will help to keep the Christmas magic going throughout Christmas day. Please keep the Sleigh Flying License a secret from your children until Christmas morning.
Why are you asking for personal information regarding my child?
We ask for some information about each child as this information is given to Father Christmas so he knows all about your child, which will help to make your visit even more magical. This information is given to Father Christmas in advance of your visit so changes are unable to be made within 14 days of your visit.
Is there wheelchair accessability?
This event is in an area that does have various levels, but all areas are accessible but some help may be needed. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a wheelchair
I have a young baby, can I bring her along with my full paying child?
Children under the age of 14 months (on the day of the visit are free) when accompanying a full paying child. If you want to join in with the picture and have a baby present, you can book a baby ticket for £7.00, this needs to be done when you are in the process of booking your child in. Baby tickets do not include the arts and craft the children do.
