What packages do you do?
We have the Snowman Package, the Elf Package and the Reindeer Package
What is the Snowman Package?
The Snowman package is where your child will visit Winter Wonderland, and have a snowball fight with the elves (if applicable) and then visit Father Christmas in his house. This package includes a personalised and a chat with him. he will know details about your child so your child will feel the magic of the visit. It is suitable for all ages and lasts about 15 minutes
What is the Elf Package?
The Elf package is our group package. It starts with eveyone watching a short, panto style show (oh no it doesn’t, oh yes it does!)to get you all in to the Christmas spirit. During this, the children are handed their presents by the elves and Father christmas will say a few things to them that are personal to them. After the show, the children are split off in to small groups. In these smaller groups they will enjoy the rest of the experience, including helping the elves make toys in the workshop, seeing Mrs Claus and the magic of the Christmas Fairy. The Owl Keeper will explain how the magical owls update Father Christmas on who is on the good (and bad) list, seeing Father Christmas again for a photo in his beautiful house and having a snowball fight with the elves in Winter Wonderland. This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.
What is the Reindeer Package.
The Reindeer Package is our personal package. Each family group is taken around the experience by their very own elf. This elf will guide you through the entire experience including, the workshop, Mrs Claus living room, the Christmas Fairy, the magical owls, seeing Father christmas in his wonderful house for a personalised chat with your family group, a snowball fight in Winter wonderland and Ice Skating (subject to the weather)
What do the children take home with them?
The children will take home a Christmas plate and a tree decoration. At the end of your visit, you will be handed a brown bag, this is to be kept a secret from your child. Inside the bag will be a letter from Father Christmas to give them at your own discretion, thanking them for their visit and to enjoy Christmas. It will also contain a teddy bear, exactly like the one, they helped to make in the workshop. On this bear will be a label, thanking them for helping and also a gold Santa button. The idea is that the Santa button is dropped on the floor near where you leave their Christmas Eve presents, so it looks as if Santa has dropped his button when leaving the presents. This will help to keep the Christmas magic going throughout Christmas day.
Why are you asking for personal information regarding my child?
We ask for some information about each child as this information is given to Father Christmas so he knows all about your child, which will help to make your visit even more magical. This information is given to Father Christmas in advance of yor visit so changes are unable to be made within 1 week of your visit.
Is there wheelchair accessability?
Our building is old and there are various levels, we have done our best to make all areas accessible. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a wheelchair
I have a young baby, can I bring her along with my full paying child?
Children under the age of 14 months (on the day of the visit are free) when accompanying a full paying child. Pushchairs are not permitted in to the experience, due to lack of space, so the baby will need to be carried. If you want to join in with the picture and have a baby present, you can book a baby upgrade for £7.00, this needs to be done when you are in the process of booking your child in.

Open events are not applicable for a refund. If you cancel a ‘create your own’ event at least 7 days before your event you will be given a 50% refund, if you cancel within 6 days of your event, no refund will be given. In the event of the birthday boy or girl being taken ill on the day of the party, we will re-schedule.
All of our staff have been screened by the DBS (used to be known as CRB) and the majority have Paediatric First Aid qualifications. All children’s play is controlled by NVQ Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. Risk assessments are carried out before every event.
The full price of your event is payable on booking.
We have a lot of experience dealing with many food allergies, please complete the relevant section on the booking form so we are aware of any dietary needs.
Food is included in all children’s party events,(you can choose from basic or deluxe food) and in some of our event experiences, please check each individual description to see what is included in the price.
Although The Party Kingdom is not entirely on 1 level, all areas are accessible with assistance, and we have disabled toilets. Please advise us of any special requirements that you may need.
The Party Kingdom has developed a range of events (and party packages) to suit children from the age of 4 up to the age of 12. Each event will give you our recommended age range, with some events more suited for younger children, and others for older children.
We use the information you give us to make your event the best possible experience for you, and your children. We never pass your details to a 3rd party.
Party bags are available at extra cost, please complete the booking form and tick this box (there are basic and deluxe options to choose from)
Some of our ‘Open Events’ have bronze, silver and gold packages. If you click on the package icon, it will expand out to advise exactly what is included, with the gold package being the premium experience.
To be honest, after completing the booking form, and making payment, the answer is no, we will do everything apart from sending your invitations!
Pay for your event on-line using Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account you can use your credit or debit card. This is 100% secure, or ring us and we can take your card payment over the telephone.
We can take your booking in the shop, and subsequent payment (cash or card only)
