After teething issues on our first day, the 5th, we are working to reduce waiting times to no more than 30 minutes, and our aim is to reduce that further, we apologise for any delay and aim to get you in as soon as possible. Once you are inside the experience, you will not need to queue

Unfortunately, this is reliant completely on Government guidelines, and may be likely to change throughout the durtion of the experience in December. It is sensible to bring a mask with you to wear just in case you are required to wear it during your time in the experience.

The Party Kingdom will be governed by Gorvernment guidelines at the time, and our policies are likely to change throughout the experience.. If your group is larger than 6, you may have to have a 2m gap between both groups as you go aorund the experience. However, you illl still be the only group going around at that time.

There is car parking, and it is in a one way system. Please follow the arrows and find a suitable place to park. Only walk towards the entrance 5 minutes before the start time of your experience, or if a member of our team asks you to leave your vehicle.

Yes, there are 7 unisex toilets on site, 2 with baby changing facilities. There is also a disabled toilet on the ground level.
We do ask you to make sure any children with you go to the toilet before entering the experience, as you will not be able to get to them, once you start.

Toilets are regularly sanitised throughout the day

Our 2020 Christmas Experience has been re-designed to cater for Social Distancing to keep your family, and our team of happy helpers safe. This year we are only selling a Family Ticket.

A Family Ticket is for a maximum of 4 people and includes up to 2 children and 2 adults. An adult bringing just one child will still need to purchase a family ticket but could link up with another small family that they are happy to go round as one group.

A baby ticket (14 months & under) can be purchased for £7.50 - this will include a present for the baby, but not the gift from the Workshop, or any snowballs

Additional child tickets, for children 15 months upwards (up to a maximum of 5 in total on each booking) can be added on booking (and not afterwards, or on the day) for £15.00 per child

Additional Adult Tickets (up to a maximum of 6 in total on each booking) can be added on booking (and not afterwards, or on the day) for £5.00 per adult

If we have to close the Experience, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will give you a coupon code to use to book the following year's Experience.

Our premises is located at this address:

Smithfields Nursery,
(Opposite the start of Rectory Lane - where the old venue was)
Woodham Road, Battlesbridge, SS11 7QW

The Christmas Experience is a covered event but you will need to dress warmly. There is no need to wear wellingtons but we do advise comfortable shoes as there may be some changes of levels.

Open events are not applicable for a refund for whatever reason

The full price of your event is payable on booking, we only take bookings, and payments, via our online booking portal

We have a lot of experience dealing with many food allergies, please complete the relevant section on the booking form so we are aware of any dietary needs.

Food is included in some of our children’s events, please check each individual description to see what is included in the price.

Although The Party Kingdom is not entirely on 1 level, all areas are accessible with assistance, and we have disabled toilets. Please advise us of any special requirements that you may need.

The Party Kingdom has developed a range of events to suit children up to the age of 11. Please look at the description of each event to see if will suit your child.

Babies, 14 months and under, are free. A baby ticket can be purchased if you wish the baby to have a present (does not include any arts & crafts, or snowballs)

We use the information you give us to make your event the best possible experience for you, and your children. We never pass your details to a 3rd party.

Due to Social Distancing, our 2020 Christmas Experience has been changed so that your family are still able to see Father Christmas, and his team of happy helpers, and remain safe. Please read the full experience description on the product page.

Pay for your event on-line using our online payment facility, which is 100% secure. Additional extras on the day can be paid by contactless card payment only

If you are bringing a full paying child, you can bring a baby, 14 months and under free of charge. If you want the baby to have a present from Father Christmas, there is a charge of £7.50 per baby. You can add a Baby ticket when you book online. Baby tickets do not include the workshop gift, or any snowballs.

You can include up to 4 people (at least 1 adult) on a family ticket, so if you are bringing 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby, than the baby will be included on the family ticket.

If you are not bringing any other children, a baby, no matter what age, will be charged as a child ticket.
